Shopping in Ban Phe

I was really looking for some fresh ginger and turmeric but couldn't find it at Tescos or any of the local shops. Had a look at the indoor market by the pier. The sell lots of dried fish products and also lots of dried goods I cannot identify. The place had a strong fishy smell but was delightfully intriguing and colourful.
